What to check before booking

Prices are shown above; the points below are the rules that catch people out.

Four zones are offered: Central, East/West A, East/West B and VIP C. You select a zone, not a seat. The system assigns seats, one order may be split, and seats cannot be changed once tickets are issued.

The figures in the price table are compiled from published show listings. Some zones show a current promotional price against a list price, while others are listed at a single price. Promotions can change, so check the current figure before you pay.

Seating

Mainland ID

Scan the original ID card at the gate; no paper ticket needed

Passport and Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan documents

Collect paper seat vouchers at the ticket office on the show day with originals for every guest

Name check

Ticket, ID and guest must match; a document belonging to another person cannot be used

Refunds

Full refund until 12:00 on the day before the show; no changes or refunds after that

Booking window

Reserve about ten days ahead, and earlier in peak season and on public holidays
