Tickets are issued in the buyer’s name, so the name and ID details must match the original document. Bring the same document for entry. Refunds follow the rule that applies to your booking: a full refund up to 12:00 on the day before the show, and no changes or refunds after that; if a show is cancelled or postponed, you can have a full refund or move to another available show, and a failed booking is refunded in full. The rule published by the booking channel applies.
